At the start of this year, our next vintages have completed their vinification and ageing.
On the white side
Our three white wines from the 2024 harvest – Viognier, Folia Blanc (Roussanne, Marsanne and Grenache Blanc) and Foliae (Muscat sec) – were vinified in stainless steel tanks, then aged on lees for around three weeks.
What is ageing on lees?

This reductive process enables wines to gain in complexity, fatness, smoothness and volume, offering a noticeable sensory enhancement. This technique is often used for white wines that are intended to be light and full-bodied.
These vintages will be available in a few months. In the meantime, you can find our white wines from the previous vintage, 2023, in the domaine’s cellar and on our website.
New on the red side

We are delighted to announce that our new Cuvée Colbert 2022 is now available at the winery. This red wine, the only one on the estate aged in oak barrels for a year, stands out for its power, rich, well-balanced tannins and beautiful woody, chocolate notes. Come and discover it by tasting or for sale.
What’s more, our iconic Folia Rouge 2022 is now available, and Les Galets 2021, a double gold-medal winner in the Guide Hachette, will soon be back in the cellar and on our website.
