Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose and scope
These Terms and Conditions apply:
– to all orders placed via https://billetterie.flaugergues.com/boutique for the purchase of wines or services;
– to the sale of tickets, tours, activities, and cultural events offered on www.flaugergues.com.
Any order confirmation implies full acceptance of the GTS. The sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors.
2. Orders
Products: acceptance subject to availability. In case of unavailability: refund or equivalent product.
Tickets: electronic ticket sent by email. Must be presented on the day of the visit.
3. Prices and payment
Prices include tax. Delivery costs not included where applicable.
Secure payment via Payzen.
The Château never has access to bank details.
The order is final after payment has been received.
4. Delivery, ownership, and risks
Delivery according to the chosen terms. Ownership reserved until full payment.
The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt.
5. Cancellation, returns, and warranties
Legal deadline of 14 days except in certain cases (unsealed products). Returns at the customer’s expense.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the Château.
Legal guarantees of conformity (2 years) and hidden defects.
6. Terms and conditions of use for tickets
Tickets are valid only on the date/time reserved.
Mandatory compliance with schedules and safety instructions.
The Château declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of personal belongings.
7. Intellectual property
The website and all of its content are the exclusive property of the Château.
Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.
8. Personal data and cookies
Data used for order processing and not resold.
Rights: access, rectification, deletion, portability.
Functional or analytical cookies are used.
9. Liability
No liability is accepted for damage caused by the customer, loss of items, or force majeure.
10. Modification of the GTC
The GTC may be modified at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of
the order.
11. Disputes and applicable law
Mediation possible in the event of a dispute. Failing that: competent courts.
French law applies.
