Built in 1696, the Château de Flaugergues in Montpellier, a listed historic monument, is one of the oldest “Folies Montpelliéraines”, secondary residences built in the countryside by Montpellier’s nobility and bourgeoisie.
Classified as a “Remarkable Garden” since 2004, our gardens are made up of several areas, each offering a different experience. Discover the diversity of these places, a walk in the heart of our heritage. Your ticket gives you free access to the gardens for 6 months.

L’Oasie Citadine, a collaborative farm
Alongside its 4 hectares of gardens, the Château de Flaugergues inaugurated a new space in 2018, in partnership with the Oasis Citadine association: the Oasis de Flaugergues.
Urban and collaborative, this farm introduces visitors to permaculture. They discover the pleasure of growing their own food in the heart of the city, while adopting a more environmentally-friendly approach.
