At the Château de Flaugergues, you will be able to host up to 500 people for your professional events, for instance: congress, roadshow, product launch, press conference, seminar, gala evening, corporate dinner, afterwork events, etc. Private events such as birthdays, ceremonies, wedding receptions, etc. can also be organised.

Our interior and exterior spaces (the park, the courtyard, the terrace of the château, the bamboo grove, the orangery, etc) are available individually or as a package, according to your needs, and can be booked exclusively.

Availability for hire : all year round.

Length of hire : half day, full day, evening.

Accessibility : international airport 10 minutes; train station 15 minutes; motorway (autoroute A9), exit 5 minutes away (exit 29 - Montpellier East).

Equipment available: : slide projector, screen, floral decoration, extra sound system, Wifi, paperboard, heating, tables/chairs, video recorders, sound system, picture rail, etc.

Optional service : platform, dance floor, cloakroom (if more than120 people).

Rates : Prices are calculated taking into account the length of the hire and the facilities used. There is also a difference between weekdays and weekends.

  • Discounts can be provided on our other products and services on the day of your event: wines of Flaugergues, guided tours, and wine tasting sessions.
  • You can also privatize our spaces in order to make films or photos (rates according to the use of different spaces).
