    Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\n

    1. Purpose and scope<\/h2>\n

    These Terms and Conditions apply:<\/p>\n

    – to all orders placed via https:\/\/billetterie.flaugergues.com\/boutique for the purchase of wines or services;
    – to the sale of tickets, tours, activities, and cultural events offered on www.flaugergues.com.<\/p>\n

    Any order confirmation implies full acceptance of the GTS. The sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors. <\/p>\n

    2. Orders<\/h2>\n

    Products<\/strong>: acceptance subject to availability. In case of unavailability: refund or equivalent product.
    Tickets<\/strong>: electronic ticket sent by email. Must be presented on the day of the visit. <\/p>\n

    3. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n

    Prices include tax. Delivery costs not included where applicable.
    Secure payment via Payzen.
    The Ch\u00e2teau never has access to bank details.
    The order is final after payment has been received. <\/p>\n

    4. Delivery, ownership, and risks<\/h2>\n

    Delivery according to the chosen terms. Ownership reserved until full payment.
    The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt. <\/p>\n

    5. Cancellation, returns, and warranties<\/h2>\n

    Legal deadline of 14 days except in certain cases (unsealed products). Returns at the customer’s expense.
    Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the Ch\u00e2teau.
    Legal guarantees of conformity (2 years) and hidden defects. <\/p>\n

    6. Terms and conditions of use for tickets<\/h2>\n

    Tickets are valid only on the date\/time reserved.
    Mandatory compliance with schedules and safety instructions.
    The Ch\u00e2teau declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of personal belongings.<\/p>\n

    7. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n

    The website and all of its content are the exclusive property of the Ch\u00e2teau.
    Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.<\/p>\n

    8. Personal data and cookies<\/h2>\n

    Data used for order processing and not resold.
    Rights: access, rectification, deletion, portability.
    Functional or analytical cookies are used.<\/p>\n

    9. Liability<\/h2>\n

    No liability is accepted for damage caused by the customer, loss of items, or force majeure.<\/p>\n

    10. Modification of the GTC<\/h2>\n

    The GTC may be modified at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of
    the order. <\/p>\n

    11. Disputes and applicable law<\/h2>\n

    Mediation possible in the event of a dispute. Failing that: competent courts.
    French law applies. <\/p>\n
